★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absoultely wonderful. Tupac Cordon was very thorough with eye exam,explained things in detail and more than happy to explain things when questioned. The front line staff were extremly professional. Monica, Jasmine and Macee were lovely, caring individuals and provide such a welcoming atmosphere when you walk in. A special thankyou to Macee who spent time in helping choose my frames. Her enthusiasm and upbeat energy made my experience fantastic. OPSM you should be proud that you have staff that represent your brand in such a postive way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This afternoon i have gone to the store to collect my prescription Oakley Sunglasses. I already paid 1/2 of total cost. I ordered a bright Blue lens but what was fitted on me was a Gray pair of lens. I was so disappointed and it was a waste of time driving to The Palms just for that one item. Now i was told by the lady who received me that it will take another 2 weeks to resolve the issue. I am one very unhappy disappointed Customer and i deserve a fair deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Oli for my eye exam and he was fantastic! I don't want to go to anyone else now. I've always gone to specsavers as I got free eye exams with my aa membership and my last visit to them was absolute rubbish. Oli was really thorough, talked me through and reassured me about things relating to a past medical condition and advised what I can do if I have any concerns with this issue again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an eye exam with Oli today. He was so friendly and relaxed, explained everything clearly, and wrote notes on his findings for me to take home. Would really recommend, I would imagine he would be awesome with children too.

Sales lady was super helpful and ensuring i got best deal.
