★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Otahuhu Leb Test at 10.30 today 27/11/2019, Staff were polite and pleasant and I was out by 10.50, I gave then 5 out of 5 for their attitude I have been coming here fo a couple of years now and the staff have always behaved the same whether they are busy or not

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this place many times for my bloods as its local.. one staff Indian man 'Liptom' needs to work on his service skill.. so rough and unfriendly.. told me to go into the room yet a elderly old man was still in there trying to put on his jacket and his arm was bleeding from his blood test.. poor man.. called Liptom to check on him which he seem very unbothered.. can't give it 1 star as I've never had a problem before and previous staff there were lovely.. just takes one to ruin it for them all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very very impressed with the lovely elderly lady that took my bloods today. I am very phobic of needles and have terrible anxiety. I made it known to her, and she was just super gentle, kept talking to me to ease my mind, was just really lovely in general. She went the extra mile when she did not have to. I've always been to other phlebotomists who would know about my anxiety and will be super rough or traumatise me further. I usually faint but this lovely lady kept me calm and gave me water afterwards, allowed me to sit down a little and then let me go despite the number of people waiting. Thank you so much you amazing woman <3 I highly recommend those who are phobic to see this lovely lady (short black hair wears glasses) .. sorry don't know her name but you'll probably figure it out when you see her. Will always come back to her !! Super impressed !!!
