★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude receptionist. No customer service skills or consideration for the fact people may be injured & in pain. Had a similar experience years ago at the Lambton Quay branch. Actual technician was pleasant though, as was the younger girl on reception on my way out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful 20 week ultrasound scan. The lady who did the scan, was so nice to me. ❤ Made my day so much better!
Because of the covid restrictions, my husband wasn't allowed to come with me. So I asked if the specialist could write my baby's gender on a paper and she was happy to do it.
It would be even better, if the booking was easier. Currently have to wait a while to make a booking via phone.
Nice premises. Very busy front office ladies.
I would go back to this place.
