★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very racist store!! About a year or two ago my kuzn and I went in and walked out as we didn’t see anything we liked. We then were followed out by staff and told to go back in store and we were searched!!!! Obviously they found nothing but that was a very shameful experience! And they didn’t even apologise for the mistake! Safe to say never going back in there again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Customer service ! ~~ well severed & look after by Zoe and Channel in Chartwell Store , I was looking for a dress but couldn't find in store Zoe and Channel , didn't have any heisted to help me search online & another store.. unfortunately did not have lucky ~~ but the level of service they have provided was excellent , the willingness and positive attitude was fantastic ~~ Go Girls ~~ you are the Starts
