★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a beautiful beach. The sunset and sunrise are so amazing and not to miss experience when you are in Paihia. At North end of beach whangeri treaty grounds is located. The i-site Paihia office is also located on the beach. You will love it. Kayaking office is located at the beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice beach lovely bars and restaurants a stone's throw from the waters edge. Would be a shame to pass through without a stop. Some lovely senic walks up into the hills behind and very reasonably priced. I booked in for three nights. Also has canoe and kayak hire down the bay to go explore the islands of the bay.
