★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this bakery and ended up having to come back and return our food because it was mouldy! What was the most disappointing part was the staff couldn't care less, they didnt even start checking the rest of the food still in the cabinets. Avoid this place by all means! Would rate no stars if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent variety of food homemade on the premises. The food is of a great quality and the pies etc are packed full and flavorful. The staff are friendly and happy to help. The coffee is brewed beautifully. I would not hesitate to eat here again and give it high recommendations. To all the staff congratulations your little store is a credit to Papamoa. Well done indeed.

After finding a bread roll completely covered in mold we gave them the benefit of the doubt and went for something cooked instead, 3 out of 5 pies had mold growing on the bottom, one had the bottom scrapped off and mold inside! My friend is pregnant!! we also have kids this place needs to be shut down!! How dare you knowingly feed this to people
