★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware, their prices don’t match the online or sale tickets, 5 of our school stationary items were wrong, staff had a lot of trouble fixing this and had to be shown tickets on shelves. Manager seemed nice at first until it came to admitting there were huge problems with the pricing and didn’t apologise at all for the huge hassle we had in store. The sign of a good manager is when the store can run smoothly when you ‘pop out’, also an apology goes a long way. We are new to the area and won’t be back for our business supplies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used browns bay postal services twice now & my experience has been nothing I would rave about. No customer service skills here. The young man is helpful but the older lady with short darker curly hair (sorry I don’t no her name) was very pushy, rude & has horrible service skills. This lady has no idea what she is doing & takes half an hour to process one package. I try to avoid her when in store & I recommend to avoid her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to process a change of ownership form on behalf of a buyer as I'm a vehicle trader, however they told me they couldn't do it and the buyer needed to do it themselves or i had to go to vtnz/AA which is not true. I then went to the postshop in Rosedale and they managed to do it instantly with no issues. Clueless and useless staff.
