★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into Partride jewellers today with my daughter. We were not greeted with a friendly hello..just barked at "sign in"..which we did.
My daughter approached the woman leaning on the counter to ask about getting her ring re sized..which had been purchased from partridge to which the women replied 10 weeks..and just looked her up and down...absolutely no customer service what so ever!
With this unwelcoming response we left.
Please remind your staff to treat everyone in a welcoming friendly manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiancée and I went in to Partridge Jewellers to view some wedding ring options. We were very pleased at the selection available and friendly service offered by Suzanne. We were shown a number of options and then she followed up by getting the matching ring for my fiancée's engagement ring sent in to view. She offered us coffees and then showed us through some further selections to ensure we found the right one. No pressure on us and she quickly understood our taste and budget, highly recommend!

You can see this commitment whilst in store, where you are made to feel part of something very special. My family have purchased several items from Partridge Jewellers over the years, and the stores have a great selection of items suitable for all budgets and occasions. Debbie Bryenton helped us on our last visit and she was super amazing with our purchase of a very special gift for a loved one. We were offered a juice or coffee during the consultation and made to feel extremely welcome which is an amazing gesture. All in all Partridge Jewellers sets the standard, and by buying jewellery at Partridges it is an experience that you will never forget. So over the years when you look at the lovely piece of jewellery, wedding ring or watch in years to come you will think of Partridge Jewellers. We are looking forward to supporting a locally owned family businesses. Thanks to Grant, Harley and the team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in to see Nicole at Christchurch today, she is my go to Rolex AD sales assistant and she was as awesome as she always is. I have bought one or two pieces from her ? and find her so helpful and knowledgeable, never pushy but always happy to show me special pieces.
Thoroughly recommend her.

Highly recommend Nicole who is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about watches, she is genuinely interested in understanding her clients, helping them to find what they want without being feel pressured and super responsive to any questions.
