Ricky has kept me constantly updated about new shipments keeping in mind what he knew about what colours I was thinking of.
He was helpful and informative without being pushy, a perfect sales consultant.
I am thrilled with the beautiful runners I finally chose, there was certainly a wonderful collection to choose from with a good price range.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ricky is one of the best salespeople I’ve come across in Christchurch, regardless of what’s being sold. Not only is he friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, he does not pressure one to buy.
My wife first met him at the Northlands mall on a lunch break, and we recently went back together. By the time we were done, we had chosen one rug, but Ricky sent us home with two so we could try an alternate. He told us he’d come by later (all free of charge) to pick up the spare. When he came, he also brought four more rugs of different designs and sizes that we had previously thought about or that he had chosen on his own. He obviously listened to our preferences when we were in the store because we nearly chose the rug he had picked for us. Thank goodness he was willing to do all of this, because we ended up choosing one of the new rugs he brought with him instead of the rug we purchased at the store.
Before he left our home, we showed him other spaces we are thinking about for rugs, and Ricky told us he’d start looking at options that would work with those rooms’ color schemes.
We definitely plan on returning to Ricky when we need another rug. Superb service with no pressure.
