★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst fish conditions of any shop I've seen in a while. Yellow water, overcrowded, Dead fish in alot of the tanks and others sick. Goldfish was very deformed. Tested water from a tetra I bought out of curiosity (wasn't asked about buying tetras together due to lack of info/care) basically the only thing that was within parameters was the PH and hardness...congrats. When staff was informed they basically didn't care and gave me a horrible glance for saying somthing about the dead and sick fish. These are lives are they not? Or are they a fun play toy for sick people. Unethical breeders and cheap wholesale prices combined with poor pet ownership and skills made this a very sad visit. Not only was the staff happy to sell me fish that would grow to exceed over 1 foot in length into a 30 litre tank but also told me they wouldn't grow that big and that it was fine. Absolute garbage I don't know how this place is operating. Side note...worst selection of well anything and also what you do find is around $10 -$15 more expensive than animates or Hollywood. Dont support this business or those rude arogent owners. They also sell other animals like birds and reptiles all equally in the improper housing or living in bad condition's. I actually never worked there you idiot's maybe try come up with more inventive ways of covering your arse than saying every person that leaves a bad reveiw used to work there Haha. Half of warkworth has worked there ffs according to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall not hugely impressed by the store. I'd call it mediocre. They had a fair range of product from typical animals but none for uncommon ones. The condition of their animals' pens/tanks were fine but not amazing (slightly unclean and too small). Staff were apathetic but I wouldn't go as far as to call them rude. Overall, mediocre but a little bit cold is how I'd describe Pets North Warkworth but good if you know what you want and can run in a grab it quickly.

She has a little arthritis and the comfort bed is brilliant and she is so happy sleeping in it. Service is always is great and very professional. Thank you Pets North
