★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We paid $16.00 (not including fries) for their chicken cranberry Brie burger. We bought two of them ($32 total). Expensive, but I hoped the burger would be amazing and totally worth it.
Boy, were we wrong. Look at the picture! It was very plain, but the highlight of the burger was the overcooked, very dry, tasteless chicken (tasteless because it was over cooked). We bought a shake and asked to have it nice and thick, the staff man said yep, but it just tasted regular.
Either way, I would love to enjoy this burger, and their other burgers, but it’s just way to risky to spend $16 and possibly get a burger like this again.

Nothing stands out... and can make better at home. Hard to justify going back...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very average burger. I had the full monty. Not really worth $20. Asked for the patty to be medium rare but cooked to well done so not enjoyable at all. Also bits of gristle or something in the patties. Patty was put on the grill without gloves. Overall experience disappointing especially with attitude of the staff. Definetly no pride or professionalism in this store. Customer service is everything in any business. One last thing a stanley knife with rusty blade sticking out was left on the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 45min over and above the allocated 30min to prepared 2 lonely burgers and fries. Staff were incredibly slow and were not handling the situation very well at all. Already have a bad taste in my mouth before I’ve even taken my first bite.
