β β β β β Went to get my phone fixed here twice and it broke another third time. Going again to get it fixed as there is a 9 month warranty on it. Don't bother going here unless you want your phone to keep breaking every 2 weeks.

β β β β β More market traders than bricks and mortar business. By that I mean, once they get the cash it's buyer beware. Quality of product is like a market stall too.
They stayed that they were happy one of threir cables lasted 3 months. We took back a cable after 4 mths, warranty 3 months. Seemed to believe their warranty policy overrides the consumer guarantees act. At
First presentation of the returned product. They went into avoidance mode. Searching for the reason not to stand by their product. At the end of the day this is a product that would have cost them $5, yet they preferred to turn us from customers into peoplwho will nowactively tell people not to go there

Terrible experience with this company, employee was more interested in watching the TV behind the counter than helping me with my phone repair. I got stared at the second I brought a phone in for warranty repair and they were so skeptical of me, despite the issue with the phone screen being covered under their warranty. So it was sent in for a 'Warranty Repair'...
After weeks of back and forth I finally received my phone back, the brand new screen protector removed and scratches on the screen. The screen they replaced it with was not brand new, what a complete rip off.
Extremely overpriced products, poor customer service, I can not recommend this place to anyone.

β β β β β Took my phone in to replace the screen. Tried to charge me more than what they quoted over the phone. They did the replacement and now my phone glitches and keeps turning off. Also front camera has a blue tinge to it. Took it back to see if staff could take a look (twice now) and they keep making excuses as to why they can't look at it. My advice to others: if your phone screen cracks just get a new phone - don't take it here!
