James and Jim are both great to deal with, and I especially want to thank James for listening to me as I explained what I was looking for and steering me towards a most suitable piano. He put quite some hours into preparing this instrument I am very very happy and very pleased with the result. I cannot praise them highly enough for their work.
I recommend this store to anyone in NZ who is searching for a piano.
