★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady today (06.03, 15:30) did totally ignored us
She didn't even come to the front until we shouted for her twice. Than she ignored us and made herself a shake. Didn't reacted to us whatsoever. As we asked her if we should got sushi instead, she stared at us and turned around again. Even McDonald's has a better costumer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have tried to order several times at dinner time of 630 but suddenly get cut off in ubereats app saying restaurant closed…… :( enjoy pita pit but if I can’t buy dinner I’ll just go some where else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like Pita Pit concept and I always have a Pita whenever I have a chance. Moreover being a constant traveller I had been to plenty of pita pit locations, but this one!! MYFKNGGOD!!! The outside sitting area is a mess, tables are dirty with all sorts of left over food, pretty obvious they haven't been cleaned since weeks. Sticky and Stinky. Flies all over the left overs. The short indian lady inside doesn't bother to say hi or a bye. Doesn't bother to give a smile. Doesn't response to even a friendly "Thank you". Standing there like someone has put a chain on her and tied her there. Service aspect is like a 0. Whoever the owners is, you need to sort the basics. Otherwise this business isn't gonna last long. You won't see me for sure. See ya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered through uber eats, once it arrived i was missing a smoothie and orders were wrong. Got a chicken salad, had literally 5 little slices of chicken and so much oil from the “grilled” food. Also got a wrap which didn’t have some of the salads/fillings i ordered and didn’t have much meat which i paid extra for.. overall bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In contetion to take out the prestigious 'worst pita pit store of the year" award. No service, no cheese available, wrong sauce and was given a used napkin with the meal. Staff only get excited when the opportunity arises to advise customers "sorry we're closed" minutes away from closing time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a rip off! Ordered a chicken salad online and half of the salad I ordered was missing as well as the brown rice. Three thin strips of chicken and 1 bit of mushroom. No cheddar cheese or seasoning. NEVER using this place again and DO NOT recommend.
