Its really disappointing because I still had 4 mins to place my order if you are not able to take order before 10:30pm, you better change your time online because its really inconvenient as a regular customer.

Upper one was my previous review which I gave it before.
But today they disappointed me.
I have been coming to this place since they are in town and their mazzama was my favourite.
We always like to have some chilly flakes and oregano on top and last time when i ordered I specifically told them while adding chilli flakes on top that please do not put too much which sometimes i get it, but I think that person deliberately put handful of chilli flakes on my pizza. After eating that i got stomachache next day.
But I didn’t complain because it can happen sometimes.
Today while ordering i told them this is what happened with me last time I just wanted to give u feedback.
When I went to receive my order the person who was running me my order told me that I want to tell you that this pizza comes spicy, I told him brother I only eat this pizza from ages i know it is Spicy. I am not lying about chillies if you want can show the pic about what i got last time.
He said thats alright and he also told me that they removed jalapeños this time.
It is disgusting how can they remove some ingredient from my pizza without asking me and even they just made it very mild without adding any kind of spice.
I did not even feel like it was veg mazzama.
Overall, I feel like in recent time their customer service is degrading.staff should know what customer asking and paying for.
I spent $44 in two times for two pizzas which i believe was wastage of money.
I would give 0 for their customer service and communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Pizza Club and OMG, their Paneer Pizza was delicious!!! Toppings to crust was just AMAZING with a 10min wait time, despite how busy they were ☺️??
Got their BBQ Wings as well. Expected them to be saucy like the picture but weren't. Good nonetheless.
