★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not one for much pizza due to low carb intake requirements but Pizza Jack's make unquestionably some of the best pizza's in town. They are more expensive but I wouldn't want to get a seafood pizza from anywhere else. Tasty & moist toppings but still with a good crust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best pizza thus far in New Zealand!!!! Found it at last, 5 years been searching for the spot. Toppings galore and real fresh produce. Be warned, if it says hot on the menu it is indeed, not like the fake hot pizza's from chain stores. Sorry to say but franchise shops will see me no more from now on. Well done Jacks, keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi my husband ordered pizzas from pizza max whangarei for pick up . 1 vegetarian for me as I am strictly vegetarian and 1 chicken pizza for him. However they have given us both pizzas with chicken instead of 1 vegetarian and 1 chicken. When my husband called them they have told my husband you can get your refund or come and pick up one.
She denied me to deliver replacement pizza as she is short staffed.
Although I can see outside delivery easy guys delivering stuff from same shop. I also understand that they are not contracted with pizza max shop but if it is your mistake you should provide your customer a delivery what they have ordered instead of telling my husband excuse me on the phone while he was telling her about delivery easy.
Very rude attitude to be honest we have experienced this from same lady 3rd time .
Will never order again from this shop. This 3 incidents has happened to us in last 2 months

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza so delicious! We waited a bit longer for the new Chipotle Prawn pizza but they gave us a free coke to make up for waiting.. well worth the wait and friendly staff as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am regular customer of their delicious pizza. They used to deliver but they are not doing delivery but I can totally understand that due to this situation. Fast service, friendly staff. Definitely come again and again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be our favorite pizza in Whangarei, but it must have new owners. Now it tastes exactly like pizza hut. The sauce is applied so lightly it is barely there and the meat toppings were sparse.
