★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food quality was poor.no value for money at all.service was extremely slow.i have no problem paying a premium rate for my food but this was disgusting.Chef was preparing food with no hair net or cap. So much for food Safety and hygiene standards.i ask for extra avocado which cost $4.What I received was disgusting. I will post pics and you be the judge. Don't waste your money going to this cafe. There are better places to go where you can get a good meal. WHERE WILL I MEET YOU???? CERTAINLY NOT AT THE COFFEE CLUB

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ must preorder. Disappointing to be told on arriving here that there was no point ordering from the menu as it would take a minimum of 30mins as most people order online. Stuck to cabinet stuff with limited selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for lunch with family on sunday. The place was quiet and our food didnt come out for 50minutes. No appology from staff and they were rude as well. We are dissapointed in their service and never come back. The quality of the food was very poor and its not worth to spend money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst meal I have ever received. Ordered through Uber eats. Items missing from order and portion size dismal to what we usually recive for the TCC Big Breakfast at other TCC's. My Smoked Salmon egg benedict meal (I requested no bread) at a cost of over $34 as I asked for extra haloumi, was horrendous. What arrived was some spinach, two eggs and two slices of haloumi minus the salmon. I am a regular at TCC and the portion size and customer service from this establishment is shocking compared to others. I called and they could barely understand due to the bad phone line quality and was told to come collect the extra salmon myself. Completely defeats the purpose of why we ordered delivery as we are getting ready for a function.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont blame the bad reviews here, service wasnt great at all, staff dont look to happy to work. Their club breakfast is a total waste of money and deff not worth $25!! Requested for sunny side up for the eggs and got fried on both sides. Eggs bene with mushroom was nice though so bravo to them. Dont get the choc frappe, it tasted watery and comes with no cream. I remember coffee club being one of the most top places but it not that way now for sure. Only visited here for lunch w/family member. Wont be back thats for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egg Bennie Breakfast was hot, tasty and eggs were cooked as requested, not too runny so thanks to the Saturday chef, perfection! Pot of Tea was generous and hot! Staff managed the Covid new dining regulations exactly and my vax pass was requested and scanned. The cafe was clean and well maintained. However the atmosphere was not great and the staff were not that friendly and found that they converse very loudly with each other in their own tongue when in a public environment. there needs to be more consideration of the customers as a bit of discretion and relaxed atmosphere at a hospitality establishment goes a long way to encourage customers to return regularly for a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience which I will not. I have worked in many aspects of hospitality for more than 20 years and sorry to report this but it is not the first time I have experienced this at The Coffee Club Mt Roskill, not so much my happy place! ?
