★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude younger boy works in the shop who has no care for good customer service. They got my order wrong and instead of easily fixing it they seemed too stress to care, and the son of the owner's replied, "we are busy" in a very rude tone. Not a good way to keep customers returning. What a shame as I had been going there for some time as their food isn't too bad, but won't give someone my money who can't correct an order they got wrong. Just thinking how they would feel in my shoes if they paid for takeaways and the workers got it wrong to not fix it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place to go for really good fish nd chups, definitely some of the best low pricing too, compared to all other similar food places within the area,but honestly the best food too!!!love the chips and the added chicken salt,*smacks lips* so good, nd the chicken peices - the coating is unforgettable nd so scrumptious.
DEFINITELY A GREAT PLACE TO GO TRY OUT-U WON'T REGRET IT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had some of the best fish and chips ever, chips were perfect and Hoki was unexpectedly amazing. Fresh as and not too oily at all. Definitely one of the best in West Auckland IMO. Had them a few times now and never disappointed but today was next level good.
