β β β β β Service needs a lot of work. Our dine in order that was placed on the kiosk and handed to to us in a brow bag. When I told him I would like to have it here, they gave me a tray and walked away. I had to walk up from my table again to ask for serviettes as none eas given. We were literally the only customers in the store fir lunch and a little more attention could have been given.

Useless and very slow service. I waited 28mins for my order even there wasn't any other customer and car in drive trough.
Food was cold. I won't go there instead will go to McDonalds nextdoor.

β β β β β Sitting in drivethru as we speak. Been a long hard 20 minutes of the dries. Munchos have overloaded the system. All i want is my frozen coke to quench the Sahara that are my tastebuds - think staff have on fukn smoko. Baked as and yet still ran out of patience

β β β β β Vegetarians and vegans beware! They purposely put meat instead of veggie Patties at the Lincoln road branch. Iβve only been to this branch five times and all of those five times, meat patties were put given instead of the veggie ones. Even after going to the manager pleading for him to do something about the staffβs refusal to follow the order, it has happened once again tonight. Itβs also very clear that it isnβt human error as every time it has happened to me, they put the sticker on the burger that says βrebelβ. They are purposely trying to trick vegetarian into eating meat.

β β β β β Glad we could now dine in but very frustrating to be ignored for 15 minutes and then be acknowledged to be served. Also latest special with Yum Burger and especially sweet and sour loaded fries (literally just fries; BBQ Sauce; Mustard; fried Onion) is OVERpriced. Meal deals aren't though hence the 3* rating
