★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible systems - the 'card left' platform on their website doesn't work, nor does the 0800 number on the card to collect. Very difficult to arrange a re-delivery of something that should have been left at the door to start with!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't recommend. Had an expensive fish due for an overnight delivery. Took 2days and the fish was dead. If it can't go on the plane that day then get the sender to bring it back for the best time. Absolutely Guttering. Won't be using this business again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cash sales to the public on a Saturday. Why? Went next door to NZ Couriers who were happy to make a sale. Why even bother being open on a Saturday? It’s the only day I can go in due to being at work all week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely and utterly incompetent. Had a live fish sent down from wellington through these clowns and had to continuously ring them for them to say "oh covid has slowed everything up"
They should of said we are unable to perform this service...instead they took my money knowing full well they wernt able to complete the advertised service. The very expensive rear tropical fish suffered before dying in there care.
Completely and utterly hopless this bunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They waited 4 days after my package arrived in my town to email and ask to correct address, I replied to that email the same day(two emails I fact, because they were being impatient with me and I was asleep as I work nightshift), the next day my tracking link goes to "marked for redelivery" and it hasn't move since, so to sum it up, my package has been in my town since the first, and I still haven't received it, I can't call them to see what's happening, and after emailing them again I was met with condescending email about how there's covid delays and training, so what, does that mean that something you weren't able to deliver the day before gets thrown to the back of the queue? Ridiculous, ill be going down to try and pick up today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow ? most disappointing experience ever, lie after lie after lie! Rudest team ever getting nowhere!!! Courier came back and said no she had not been to this address today, yet when I phoned the call centre back, as the didn’t bother returning my call, shed told them she had left it at the door this morning… I’ve been home all day, a dog that alerts the whole neighbourhood when someone comes up the drive and definitely to package delivered here today. Apparently NO fleet manager working today so won’t be looked at till next week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcel delivery was attempted and returned to depot as no one was home to sign. On driving across town to the depot I was told redelivery would be attempted. Driver was provided with an alternate address however rather than deliver it there, they slapped a 'Permission to Leave' sticker on it and put it in the neighbours letterbox. Not sure who gave them permission because it wasn't me or the sender. Rubbish (nil) communication when I was trying to track down my parcel. 10/10 would not trade again.
