★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like other comments left I would rate them a zero if I could. There tracking system said they checked my 3 x 2 mtr rugs in on a Saturday and 5 days later they were still not delivered to my house. After several phone calls to them and asking if i could pick them up from their depot myself they advise that I couldn't as the driver had them in his van - meaning they had been driving around for 5 days with the goods in the back of the van ...and yet not delivering them to me (only live 10 mins away) which I find utterly pathetic. Post haste has been around for years and yet these clowns from the sounds of it have no idea of what they are doing. This branch should be be shut down and the clientele moved to a company that actually cares about providing a service worthy of recommendation .. or just a service at all would be good. As I write this the goods have still not been delivered to me - Its just incomprehensible to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't give 0 star and that's what they deserve. Expecting a delivery today in a new subdivision at my new home and that's not in google map so I rang them in the morning to give them a landmark and let driver to ring on my cellphone if he still can't find it. Driver didn't ring and tracking status changed to non deliver as driver couldn't find the house. Rang the office and they advised driver don't ring and they can't deliver today as driver is busy with other pickup. Why do you run the business if you can't take responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought something on line from Auckland this postal service was used, my parcel was delivered to Blenheim, my parcel was left inside my gate, where if anyone walking by could of leaned over and stolen it, rang Blenheim branch and said it was not very good, he gave an email for Nz courier in nelson who delivered it? emailed, no response, so post haste or Nz couriers which ever outfit delivered it, next time at least put it where it can’t be pinched.never have this problem with Nz post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same as other comments really. Sent from Auckland with overnight sticker but took a week to get to me in Nelson. The online tracking system is an absolute joke and gives no proper information. I have ordered many items from Auckland with promised overnight delivery and all the other courier companies apart from these clowns manage to achieve it. Very unprofessional service and gives me the impression that Post Haste has very poor systems and procedures in place. Time to have a rethink on how they do things

Waiting on items tracking site said delivered to my property at 10.59 7/09/21, but know careless courier who can't even read address on shipment invoice leaves expensive parcel 2 doors away at different house! Lucky honest person brought them to my house. Maybe get your driver's eyes checked or make sure their capable of reading delivery address.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using Post Haste for a couple of years now and find their rates very competitive and love that there is just one maximum weight limit on parcel sizes. The office staff & manager in Nelson are all fantastic & lovely to deal with. When any issues do arise they are very responsive to sorting it out quickly.
