★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't like prana family because every time i am calling for appointments and not receiving phone and not give me appointments. today i am calling for my daughter appointment she is very sick and vomiting 4 times i am calling around 10:30 am but no doby give me appointments. your working process is very slow and very very bed. you not understand paciente situation. that's why i am changing my and my daughter gp .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been with Prana for over a year now and I can't thank their doctors and staff enough. They are very caring and have always been very responsive about my requests. I was going through a lot of health related stress last year and after seeing multiple GPs I finally got to meet Dr. Vikas Sethi who's been an absolute gem. He's extremely patient and puts you at ease with his explanation. He would try to educate the patient with what's going on and that itself takes away half of your stress. Another doctor I would like to thank is Dr. Thilanka - caring and a good listener. It's extremely important to find a doctor who wouldn't shun your concerns and takes them seriously and that's what I like about both Dr Vikas and Dr Thilanka. Thank you for looking after me Prana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am impressed as no other Doctor could find out underlying cause of my disease and I was getting the symptomatic treatment , I lost the hope but then I visited Prana Family Health, Dr. Vikas caught the root cause of my disease and started the treatment Immidiately. Staff of Prana Family health is very polite and professional. I am better now with a hope that I can live. Thanks to Dr. Vikas, He is the best doctor I met in New Zealand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment at 3.45 pm today for my son to get a Meningococcal vaccine. We got to the clinic at 3.39 and then was sent down to wait in the cold and windy car park. We were the only ones there and after waiting for 15 mins for the nurse, I tried ringing on their mobile to find out how long the delay would be, but kept getting the automated message. Finally, the nurse came after 4.05 and was done in less than 3 mins. Surely , that could have been done sooner? I appreciate your practice prioritising safety at this time of Covid, but making people wait in the car park seems a bit extreme to me!! No payment is accepted and that needs to be done online. A few suggestions for improvement, if I may be bold.1) Please answer the phone , rather than keeping people on hold forever 2) Respect people's time and see them on time, especially when they are no other patients waiting. 3) Have a place to wait sheltered from the wind for those of us who have made the choice not to drive in. Felt quite unwelcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Vikash is an outstanding doctor who is very professional and empathetic. He truly makes the patient feel heard and understood which is one of the many qualities that really spoke to me. Dr Vikas’s involvement in other projects and aspects of healthcare adds to his wealth of knowledge and skills, which is evident by the high standard of healthcare he provides. The efficiency of the Prana team is also very commendable. I would very happily and highly recommend Dr Vikas and Prana Family Health. my whole family and friends even in the emergency whenever we message gets instant response my kids says Dr Vikash is not only doctor but he as equal to God any problem he solve quickly magic touch God bless him.
Thank you for the most wonderful treatment. I well and truly admire the person that you are and the doctor in you is honorable. The brilliant treatment deserve immense thanks and appreciation. Sending over our most humble and heartfelt thanks for your immense care and comfort during the treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly an invaluable experience as a medical student. Dr. Vikas and family, the other doctors, the receptionists, the nurses and all other members of the team were so warm and friendly. The practice itself has tremendous values and the patients were always willing to speak to the students, which all contributed to a more educative experience.

Surely , a lot of effort must have been made ,behind the scenes to establish a consistent culture of empathy and efficiency . Commendable output particularly during these time when compromised services are becoming a norm.
