★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment online providing my email and mobile number yesterday, went to the clinic and they told me i don't have one. I was going to check my e-mail cause I remember the website confirmed my booking, BUT i saw an e-mail sent at 9:30am that my appointment was declined due to an appointment conflict. I was so frustrated! Why didn't they flick me a text as well? if they have a booking system online, shouldn't that be linked on live appointments? thankfully, the lady in the desk helped me out to reschedule for the next day and my boss let me off work again for a doctor's appointment -- but I have missed two days of work now, and wasted time and money going there. I hope whoever was deemed more important than me is actually in critical condition and was actually treated too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on my real time experience here compered to Others branch of them, very convenient also doctor are very helpful to recovering now from my injury.
Best way to come here book online appointment via " managemyhealth.co.nz " need to enrolled for that.
So I can see people blaming those things likely or unlikely they do have ideas how to come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel like the receptionist, Devender Sahni thinks herself as the boss. My appointment was at 12.15pm. The doctor saw me at around 12.40pm. I was fine with it since I noticed that Dr was busy with assisting an aged lady and helping nurse for the patient's bandage. I saw the doctor at 12.40pm and came out of her office at around 1.05pm. Instead of 15min, my consultation time was 25min. Upon paying at the reception I hear the receptionist giving her comment and I quote "You had a long consultation with the doctor. Next time I will charge you extra". In my opinion, any doctor would need time to think of the root cause of the underlying issue if it is not obvious. Plus I waited myself for my appointment. Not like the doctor saw me 12.15 sharp.
I urge the management to change their consultation time since the doctor also needs time to listen to their patients and discuss the treatment.
I also urge the management to warn their receptionists and ask/train them to be polite to the patients and to the doctors too. I have had another instance where I observed that she was overpowering of what the doctor was saying to her. Receptionist is not the boss to charge us any extra then what's the enrollment fees is. Any future instance like this will not be tolerated. I feel probably thats why people change their GP and stodard road and mt Roskill clinic.
If we are asked to be polite to the medical/clinic staff, they should be trained to be polite to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist here when we call the hospital IVR no matter what branch you are after , the receptionist is extremely rude , she has no respect for patients calling and really thinks her as a boss
Does not have the correct info and keeps denying to facts when u call her back , love the doctors there but someone really needs to teach that lady

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment only, was not aware of this on first visit. Receptionist informed us about this and directed us to the Richardson Road clinic.
Been to a few appointments now. Waiting time isn't too bad. Doctor are usually on time and sometimes run a few minutes late. Receptionist friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't know how this place still functions. The sri-lankan doctor here is absolutely shocking. Always a hit & a miss with wrong diagnosis... Scaring the patient! Never thorough with her findings & the wait time is perpetually long, despite being a small clinic. Most nurses are student nurses here as well which is fine, but take too long to communicate with the doctors & gp's. Wouldn't recommend this place but unfortunately it's in the vicinity. D- Overall!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors here are very skilled and caring - have visited them as a family with a toddler and they're patient and adaptive :) Wait times are generally not long. No walk ins but booking online is relatively easy. I took 1 star off because they are popular and there's only 2 GPs so you may not get an appointment on the same day.
