★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star. Why 1 star. I've been with primo wireless for many years about 7. For the most part service is good uninterrupted. Speeds and gig allocation is what you pay for. A bit on the expensive side compared it other services but they offer rural broadband to locations other services can't. So for the last 7 years I've paid about 150 a month give it take. That's alot of money. Unfortunately alot of times I run out of my gb allocation for the month and I'm reduced to dial up speeds.u can't do anything. Dial up doesn't even exist anymore. Least the could reduce you to 1.2mbps like other companies do. All this does is to serve more frustrations than anything. They do have data packs you could add on but like this month if I was to add on the amount I've already used to multiplied by the remaining days in the month it would be over 1000 bucks of data packs so no and I've got 20 days in this month to go. Last month I ran out 10days early and omg it was excruciating. So that's it bite the bullet and go to there premium more expensive unlimited plan. catch is it's slower speeds than my allocated plan to the point you can't steam Netflix premium 4k. However and I didn't know this I can upgrade to the more expensive business plan unlimited which you can steam 4k. Well I need this I'm going crazy no internet covids back I ran out of gigs last time in lock down and my family almost killed me. Lol. Sign me up. My wallets gonna suffer but hey family 1st. 1 catch .... They can't activate it till the 1st of next month. OMG. Whaaaat. Look I'll pay twice then. Once for the allocated pack and once for the unlimited. Primo says no. They can't do it. There systems in 2020 are incapable even for a business quality service of doing that. They only way they could do it to disconnect me completely I then occur a early termination fee, sign new 2 year contract to avoid set up fee ECT.........Wow just wow primo wireless. So yea 1 star ⭐.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been with these guys since 2011. There was no alternative back then for us and yet they offered us more data for no more money on more than one occasion. We have also always had good communication and great service. Thanks Primo. The webcams are appreciated too.
