L	Lilly JazzAshSinu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No privacy in bathroom and toilet area in the room we had. You have to pay for parking if you want security for your vehicle which is not included, unfortunately one of the Valet guys decided it would be funny to draw smily faces on one of our vehicles which that vehicle is professionally wrapped has now scratched it! Very unprofessional!! Communication could be better, than getting charged extra when checking out. For the price of the room we had, which our view was the 1st floor facing a building and alleyway was definitely not worth it! The food was definitely the highlight of our visit, full breakfast buffet was amazing! Also the fish and chips and chicken nibbles at dinner was spot on! When booking, the website needs to state the extra fee for parking, the bond you have to pay at check in AND how the bathroom is open plan and the toilet has no privacy as pictures show no justice, if i had known this, I would have not come here. Will not be back, only for the food ?

The reason for this was “because we did not pay online” which was a shock for us. Parking would be an extra $45 therefore we parked on the street. The room was nice however when checking out further money was taken from the bank account (there was no mini bar or anything). Very disappointed and would not stay here again.
B	Bre 94 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival, the room was perfect and incredibly clean. We used the valet parking service and it was great. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in Rotorua.

Pros: modern interiors, clean rooms, big comfortable beds, excellent buffet breakfast, plus great location. Cons: room layout. Strangely designed toliet, without ventilation and very little privacy. You can literally hear everything.! The most disappointing thing is that you have to pay for extra $45 for car park, which comes as a shock and is not advertised on booking.com. My car was scratched within the first one hour, Poor communication from the management. I was not offer any security footage and they have convinced me it was my fault and I scratch the car. And I need to contact my insurance company to request video footage. I was promised with different answers from multiple staff member. Somebody was trying to fix My front bumper without my permission. When I checked out I was thankfully and grateful that hotel manager and the maintenance guy offered Assistance and apologised for what have happened. Will I stay again? Probably no.

Person taking a shower/in toilet cannot lock door and doors are translucent and all connected in one room/ people in bedroom can hear. Parking is $45 however given it was a public holiday we parked on the street for free. The highlight of our stay here was the breakfast, with upon request the chefs cookin up fresh eggs and pancakes and also providing very good table service.

The room is spacious but the only issue is the set up of the bathroom - can be a privacy issue if you not comfortable with whoever you staying with. They do not have any dedicated parking spot for the guests and is taken care of by their valets with $45/night - additional cost. The room we stayed in was very dusty and ended up having dust allergy, although we asked them nicely the next morning to clean it but you could practically see the dust on the night stand & on the lamp. Would have expected more from a 5 star hotel!

Zara and Crystal are very caring and attentive young ladies. We had delicious meals too... compliments to the chefs. Many thanks for looking after us so well...we will certainly be back.
