Amiee, Aissey were superstars - Aissey went hunting for shoes she thought I'd like when we couldn't find quite the right size, really made the experience above and beyond! Thank you!

β β β β β Good, friendly services from staff. Good price range, after discount a pair of shoes starts as low as $30. Plent parking out in the front. The best outlet store in that part of the shopping centre.. Along with Asics, Converse, New Balance etc.. No need to go all the way to Onehunga DressMart (although that store is bigger and more range to choose from). Highly recommended for a visit. Great value for money that's for sure.

β β β β β 5 star for the awesome staff here. From the moment you step in, the staff make sure you are aware of all the discounts and whatnots in the store. Ask them for anything, and they would sort you out almost immediately. Kudos and more power to you guys. I appreciate your customer service.
The only reason for my 4 star as the store could do have more selection as i feel, especially footwear collection is limited.

A good selection of apparel? to footwear? and accessories?.
The Puma outlet store was clean tidy and helpful staff worth a stop in here and take advantage of the discounts.

β β β β β I visited the Westgate puma store & was greeted on arrival, I was looking for a gift for my niece birthday and had some awesome help from Taira. She was super friendly and helped me choose a pair of shoes which she picked out that we also matched with a jacket. Taira was very patient with me when deciding on what to buy and she kept making suggestions of items that were exactly what I was after. My shopping experience with Taira is one I will never forget, she made me feel very comfortable and she is a primo member of the Westgate team. I'm so thrilled with my purchases and I know my niece will look super cool in her new puma gears thanks to the team at Puma westgate and special thanks to Taira for her expectional customer service, I will certainly be visiting the store again soon.

β β β β β Excellent customer service! I didnt have my reading glasses with me and the shop assistants was great helping me out with the sizes! I didnt plan on buying all my xmas gifts from here but that's how it panned out today! Cant resist the sales!
