Great ambiance, not too crowded, but not deserted at the same time.
Plenty of restaurants and cafe's with indoor and outdoor dining.
Alot of time and money has been spent resurrecting the old derricks and buildings to make it into a great tourist spot.
Very clean and easy to get to by foot or pushbike if you are staying in Wellington.
