★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at the apartment at 7pm tried to get in one of the 3 doors and the guy at reception just pointed to the door and we still couldn't get in and he told us to use our swipe card which we didn't have one. Once we got in I did't feel welcome as he didn't say Hi, Sorry or Welcome he just looked me up and down.(Great start to my stay). We paid extra to park in the parking garage and it is on my bill, but the receptionist told us that we can park for free across the road. Went into our room and it was very nice. When we check out there was no thank you for staying with us or did you enjoy your stay....Hmmm, I have stay at a lot of apartment in NZ, Australia and South Africa and this is my first one that has never asked me and that is why i have put the rating above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room itself was nice. Comfy beds, lots of pillows, clean and had everything we needed. The problem is the terrible customer service. The receptionist (she said her name was Sana) was so rude I almost punched her in the face lol
I was sent an email to say that I wouldn’t be charged extra for the fold out couch as my price included all my children and there weren’t enough beds but was charged $25 anyway (she said that the email was in re to my checkin time ? Lie - why would someone tellme checking in would be no charge ?) her attitude was appalling!! When I requested a portacot she said I would be lucky as the cleaners were gone. She found a cleaner in the end and they put in my room with no mattress or bottem board when I made her aware she told me I was wrong and the mattress was in there haha must have been invisible (was charged another $10)
When I handed the keys the next day the man just yelled from the back then came out and stared at me. Terrible staff !!! 0/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an awesome time, in a large apartment with amazing sea views, comfortable beds, off street parking, full Kitchen, 2 bathrooms and laundry. Simply the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a nice stay. Few issues with the tv not working, wifi not connecting for us and oven not heating up. But management were super helpful and moved us to another room and paid for our data on our phones which was a plus (we didn't mind). But overall a good stay! Bed was super comfy! Pity the building is going up next door, otherwise the view wouldve been cool! Would stay again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid $664 for two nights. The location is good. The room itself is okay, but I was extremely disappointed with the bathroom. There was mold in the bath/shower, and the spa bath didn’t work, not that I wanted to use the spa bath (because of the mold). I didn’t feel like I got my moneys worth for this place. I’ve been to cheaper places that are a lot bigger and more modern. The bathroom definitely needs some good cleaning to get rid of the mold. The bath/shower also had a shower curtain which I felt was very outdated. I expected a lot more from Quest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome location, neat and tidy room. A few problems that made my stay uncomfortable. TV remote batteries were flat, used my computer mouse batteries until they were replaced. I was on a business trip, I intended to work during my stay. However the room was so dark I had to use the bedside lamp, as I couldn't open the curtains due to a construction site very close to the window. Not a pleasant sight at all. Bath spa jets weren't working even though it was advertised. Granted the bed was superb! Overall I was rather disappointed with my stay.
