About Trinity Wharf Tauranga
Both Harbour Deluxe Two King Suites offer two (2) king beds with a shared bathroom featuring a spa bath and separate shower. In each hotel room, one of the king beds can be split to form two single beds. Overlooking the hotel pool both rooms have a semi-sheltered balcony with outdoor chairs and views of the inner Tauranga Harbour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked into this luxury waterfront place . Was very disappointed for what we paid. The lobby and bar area is very nice but once u get down the hallway the standard goes down hill fast. We got into our room which was horrible so I paid extra to upgrade which was a room on the waterfront but very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buffet breakfast at Trinity Wharf today, food was pretty average not very hot and one of our friends picked up mouldy bread for toast and bought it to their attention. I intended to have a continental breakfast but choice was very limited. Staff were good could not fault.

The meal was not cheap but fair considering the environment and quality of food, so a nice place to splash out for a celebration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check-in experience very smooth - great communication and super friendly. The view from the room wasn't amazing but we were only there one night and just closed the curtain on that :P the room itself was very clean, quite spacious, nice furniture, and a sweet touch with complimentary cookie in the room. Appreciate the free wifi and ease of access. Bathroom was amazing - heated floor tiles are the best! And very strong shower pressure - for me, this makes or a breaks a hotel stay! We did not try the food and beverage outlets as the menus, while offering reasonable prices, did not offer much variety or any particular theme - this might be the only minus, but it's not really even that, just want to point out that variety/theme can motivate guests to dine inhouse rather than go out to a local restaurant. Could be that instability from the pandemic does not allow for variety or creativity on this as well.
Overall a very nice hotel, with clean fresh spacious rooms and great customer service. If in the area, I would definitely choose to come back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shower went boiling hot, then cold with no warning. Food in the restaurant was average, and an incredibly long wait. On the plus side, the rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable and the staff, athough clearly lacking in numbers, were courteous, friendly, helpful and efficient. Also, great view of the harbour and good coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was quite disappointed with the hall way and room, definitely need a upgrade, fresh paint, new furnishings etc. Stuff is quite outdated. Poor wifi connection and had the last room with only view of rubbish bins. Also needs to be more clean and tidy. Reception, bar area and lounge was nice. Not worth the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for a chilled out lite birthday lunch for my wife. The food was really nice, the waitress that served us was helpful, attentive and just really nice to deal with. Nothing was a problem. It was a lovely experience and my wife and my parents and I enjoyed it a lot. Thanks Trinity Wharf team. Top marks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Everyone there was all friendly. Good amount of parking include undercover basement car park. Gym is small but well presented. Restaurant has lovely view and food was above average. The room condition was good enough and bathroom quality also nice and modern. I will definately come back whenever visit Tauranga.
