Houses need repairs from time to time and they've been on time and efficient with how they deal with it. During the lockdown period I was kept well informed on how they were dealing with the lockdown and how it would affect me as a renter, with comprehensive and well thought out information for us. At a time of uncertainty, Quinovic Johnsonville gave my wife and myself assense of stability and reassurance. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would just like to take a moment to praise Marty Fryer from Quinovic on how friendly and professional he always is at each and every inspection we have had - from a tenants perspective.
Always listens and quickly sorts any problems we may have , ( not that we have had many at all)
Inspections as frequent as they are, never feel invasive with Marty :)
He is a great character and a real credit to Quinovik!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quinovic are time wasters. Do not waste your time renting with them. I echo the reviews on here that state they are purely out to get money out of you. Extremely poor communication from the Johnsonville team and when you do get a response they are unprofessional and do not know what they are doing or talking about. If you are thinking about renting, do not go with Quinovic.

All issues relating to the property (if any) are flagged right away and I've never experienced any problems. I don't need to worry about managing my property as they do it for me with great results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Landlords please stay well away from these property managers. I found the initial letting period to be confused and littered with incorrect communications. Do not expect to receive regular inspections on your property and then have information on final inspections withheld from you. Please note you are tied in for the length of the tenancy, I can expect to receive another 11 months of poor service.
