I had Sharon Semu as my property manager and she was very easy to communicate with and always replied promptly, whether it involved a maintenance request or a general enquiry. She was a great property manager and gave appropriate notice for any inspections or general work that was going to happen on our building which was great! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have found Quinovic to be a highly efficient and professional agency to deal with. All staff have delivered a consistently high standard of management. Quinovic staff, particularly Ali, are readily accessible and have always administers services quickly, effectively and professionally.
This is the first time I have rented a property that is managed by an agency and it has been a pleasant first experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quinovic have helped us manage a house in Wellington for many years. The service had been good in the beginning but as time went on it became increasingly bad. We were seriously thinking of leaving. And then new owners took over a few years ago...and what a difference!!!! We got a new representative and she helps with everything in a quick and efficient manner. I would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quinovic Kent Terrance managed our property for several years, they were unresponsive and a nightmare to deal with. We didn't know better at the time. The final straw was after they ignored our tenants concerns resulting in damage to our and our tenants property. As a result our tenant started proceedings with the tenancy tribunal against Quinovic. To cover their arse they offered our tennant half rent, at our cost, without informing us.
Long story short, we had to take them to court (for lost rent) and won. Their defence and I quote 'the applicant agreed to indemnify Quinovic against proceedings per the cause in the management agreement'. The share fact they feel they cannot be held to account for their actions, and felt this was an appropriate defence should come as a warning to everyone.
We tried resolving the issue amicably through Quinovic head office but their national CEO would not respond despite several attempts.
If you care about your property, if you care about your tenants then avoid Quinovic like the plague.

I became a tenant of a property managed by Quinovic on Kent terrace approximately six years ago. I love the property but hated dealing with the agency. Since then Quinovic thankfully changed hands and includes the lovely Bev Sullivan. It was not long before taking over that Bev came to visit. At the time I had been asking for a new oven from the previous Quinovic for a few months. She had it replaced within a week.
There were other issues that I had been requesting attention to for years and finally things started moving. The leak through the windows were fixed and kind attention was paid. As a result of the poor attention paid by the previous managers consideration and apologies were made. I have been so happy with the new Quinovic.
What a refreshing and beautiful experience it has been.
