★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't bother inspecting the house before we moved in, showed up at wildly different times than those organised for inspections without giving even a courtesy text, and demands we pay all kinds of ridiculous fees that aren't in our contract. Beware, this is the worst kind of property manager, and stay well away if you can!
