★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 밀포드트랙 메인루트에서 서덜랜드 폭포로 가는 갈림길에 위치한 롯지. 가이드 트래커를 위한 숙소로써 여기서 서덜랜드 폭포까지는 편도 45분거리이다. 가이드 트래킹을 하면 3일차에 맥키넌 고개를 넘어 이곳까지 와서 여기서 짐을 풀고 쉬게되며, 짐을 여기에 두고 서덜랜드 폭포를 다녀오는것을 강력 추천합니다.
이곳 역시 얼티미트 하이커스에서 잘 관리하고 있는 숙소로써, 타 롯지와 동일하게 밤 10시에 자가 발전기가 꺼지며 모든 전기공급 및 온수공급이 중단되고 다음날 아침6시에 재가동됩니다. 주변에 높은 산들로 둘러싸여 있어 아늑한 느낌을 주며, 부대시설은 타 롯지와 동일합니다.
식당 겸 바가 있어 여기서 저녁과 아침 식사 및 같이 온 분들과 교류의 시간을 가질수 있고, 맥주 및 와인도 팝니다. 이곳 역시 전화나 인터넷은 사용할수 없는 완전 오지라서, 문명세계와는 완전히 동떨어진 곳입니다.
다시 가보고 싶은 곳입니다!
 Lodge located at the crossroads from the Milford Track main route to Sutherland Falls. Accommodation for guide trackers, 45 minutes one way to Sutherland Falls from here. If you do guided trekking, you will cross the McKinnon Pass to this place on the 3rd day, unpack and rest here, and it is highly recommended to leave your luggage here and visit Sutherland Falls.
This is also a well-managed lodge by Ultimate Hikers. Like other lodges, the self-generator is turned off at 10pm, all electricity and hot water supply is cut off, and it is restarted at 6am the next morning. Surrounded by high mountains, it gives a cozy feeling, and the facilities are the same as other lodges.
There is also a restaurant and bar where you can have dinner and breakfast, exchange time with people, and sell beer and wine. This is also a completely remote place from the civilized world, as there is no telephone or internet access.
This is the place I want to go again!
