★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Blick zurück zum Homer Tunnel ist gerade bei Regen spektakulär. Dann bilden sich an allen Berghängen hunderte kleine Wasserfälle. Besonders beliebt sind natürlich die Keas, die Neuseeländischen Papageien. Diese Vögel sind extrem neugierig und intelligent. Bitte nicht füttern, sie kommen von alleine sehr nahe.
The view back to the Homer Tunnel is spectacular, especially when it rains. Then hundreds of small waterfalls form on all mountain slopes. Of course, the Keas, the New Zealand parrots, are particularly popular. These birds are extremely curious and intelligent. Please do not feed, they come very close on their own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible view here. Don’t think it is officially signed as a lookout but it’s on the 35kph corner, with ample parking. We visited both in and out of Milford Sound and found the afternoon was better again with the sun position.
