★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel to stay here on holidays or when you want, neat and clean all the rooms and entrance. On the great south road as well. Different floor and lots of rooms are here to stay and spend sweet time. Enjoy nearest place as well Wiri, Manukau and Manurewa. Situated at quite area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Come to check-in for our stay only to be told that they “could not find our booking”, despite having hotel confirmation and a confirmation number. Only to be then told “were fully booked”. In other words “we double sold your room”. No apology, no explanation, just a poor excuse and poor service. We’re frequent business travellers and neither I, nor any of my team, will stay at a Ramada from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and rooms are awesome as well. Restaurant had a great menu and the service was totally cool. Only thing I didn't like was my grandma who is 92 would have like the roadside doors be the entry to the building as well for the oldies but apart from that great place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidy but small units. A lot of noise from the street and hotel from 5:30am. Very basic teas and coffees but a good bathroom and plenty of tv channels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is new and nice, I was given a room ground floor, facing the main road which is noisy and with no view.
I believe it was due to covid19, there isn't many guest, so they shut other floor for easy management, but I think it would be better if they were to open the higher floor with good view, more customers will enjoy and promote the goodwill.
Special mention for the Cafe at groundfloor, it offers good meals and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our room was OK, but lacked any additional bedding/blankets etc. Parking is a free for all. We were accosted 3 times by scruffy looking people; once to gain access into the building by slipping in behind us as we entered with our swipe card, then wanting our WIFI password, and twice again slipping into the lift behind us, as it needed a swipe card to operate...weird stuff and a bit unnerving.
