β β β β β Spacious room with cooking facilities and a dishwasher if needed. Very comfortable bed. Nice shower. The staff are very accommodating and nothing is a bother. The only downside was it can be noisy at night as it's very close to the highway. Improved when we closed the windows!

β β β β β Thank you to all the staff at the Sebel. My room was really nice and spacious, clean, smelt nice, bed was comfy as. Has a kitchenette with Cook top with extractor fan, microwave, mini fridge and dishwasher if you wont to cook yourself. The food delivered to my room was absolutely divine from there restaurant. Nice bathroom with shower and good water pressure .I can't speak highly enough of this place. I would definitely recommended you stay here. So close rainbows end, Westfield.

β β β β β Staff here took amazing care of us during our MIQ stay. Lovely room and bathroom, clean, full of light, and fresh air to make quarantine bearable. Can't thank them enough for all they have done for Kiwis. We will be back after the hotel resumes normal operations.

β β β β β I have recently returned home from Perth Australia to my terminally ill father During my isolation at Sebel my father passed away. Feeling emotionally helpless and frustrated During this time. The process at the facility on arrival was 5 star with staff being very approachable and understanding after coming off a long flight. From day one there customer service was by far the best Iβve come across. This is true New Zealand spirit that Iβm proud to call home. Even in the darkest day of my life watching my father get buried via mobile during isolation, I wish this upon no individual. Alone in my room with only a mobile phone to comfort, steering out the window I get a knock at the door with a young lady presenting flowers and card. She payed her condolences from the staff at Sebel and left me a heart felt card of beautiful words I will keep with me. I humberly thank all those at Sebel for making my stay comfortable. β β β β β I cannot fault my stay at the Sebel. The room, food and staff were top notch. My wife and I were on our honeymoon and the staff made every effort to make our experience unforgettable. I cannot thank them enough for giving our honeymoon it's fairy tale ending and I would highly recommend staying here when you visit Auckland.

β β β β β Just completed 2 weeks quarantine here. Small room, but everything was absolutely fine. Nice, polite and attentive service, always friendly and they were happy to try and accommodate my need to work New York hours and not disturb me while sleeping during day. Food was plentiful, nothing amazing, but it certainly felt like they cared about the quality and variety. No complaints

β β β β β I completed MIQ here and I must say that the Sebel staff did everything they could to make the stay as pleasant as possible.
I think for them it is a struggle as the military take over the operation of the hotel and they try their utmost to maintain the hotel to the standard they would usually operate at. It was very evident that they did everything they could to make the stay as pleasant as possible and it was notable and greatly appreciated.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

β β β β β Everything was amazing, everyone was friendly and the staff were at my service. But on me and my boyfriends first night, we woke up to cockroaches crawling in the bed. There were spiders in every corner of our room. I will NOT be returning.
The buffet was good though.
