★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here loads of times. Everytime the staff is helpful. They let you know right away if they will have fresh slices or if they have deals. Love the taste because it reminds me of the ma and pa pizza parlor back in California, I know it's NY style but I love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually fantastic and some of the best pizza we've ever eaten. Standard can drop a little when they're busy, the last pizza was light on pepperoni and fairly well done in the oven.
We've had Sals all over New Zealand and it genuinely compares to the best in the world (we've been fortunate to have NY style pizza in numerous large cities around the globe). Definitely the best pizza in NZ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here with my wife for a cheap and cheerful dinner. We have ordered from here a ton before and always really enjoy it. This time we ordered way too much - hot wings with blue cheese sauce, a pepperoni pizza and a pepperoni wheel and it was all great. We ate in and the restaurant was really clean and the people were really friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. We really enjoyed our night and will be back again. If you're after quality Sals and good NY style pizza then Silverdale is one of the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 2 pizzas online - I was told they would be ready at 7:14pm. I arrived at the store at 7:13pm...not ready...1 minute later I was handed 2 piping hot perfect pizzas.
Awesome service - Awesome pizza with ingredients directly from Brooklyn.
Yes, they are expensive, but they are also huge.
I’m personally not a big fan of ‘genuine American’ anything these days but the team at Sal’s meet and exceed their promise - you get exactly what they say and if New York Pizza- thin base with tradition NYC toppings is your preference, then they do it to perfection.
Now...where can I find a cheesy deep pan Chicago pizza pie..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth the price. Not cooked enough. Big droop even with folding the slice. No leoparding of crust. Dough has ok chew. Pepperoni greasy and no spice at all. If you want to pay $33 plus for a pizza go to a restaurant
