Westley is a very friendly, positive agent. When a scenario didn't quite go the way it was expected, she & Steven had alternative options which reduced our stress levels while keeping expectations in a positive light. We were able to understand what was going on and why. I guess you could say she had a 'Plan B' which worked out very well for us.
