★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chicken karhai was divine! Even just the sauce on rice was delicious. And the Country Fried Chicken was moist and very tasty. If you want authentic home-cooked meals, this is the place to go in Pokeno. Happily drove 45 kms for such excellent food. Ordered takeaway butter chicken for hubby who claimed it was one of the BEST he's had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting over 25 minutes for chicken was just too long. This is a new business and I really hope that the new owners realise that 25 mins is just too long when it's not busy. The chicken was slightly over done and that was disapointing. But they are lovely people and the chips were great. I will come again and hopefully will change this review to a 5 star.
5 stars for being super clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We drove 50 mins to get to this place and totally worth it. Fried chicken was super yummy and moist. We also tried chicken burger and biryani and everything was so well cooked and extremely fresh. Highly recommended and we will always go back whenever we are in Franklin surroundings :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth the wait. Chicken is fresh, & juicy, potato and gravy is beautiful. Better than KFC and you even gave my husband extra chicken plus free coslaw ot fresh salad on the side. Ate that fried chicken like a boss. Keep you on.
