β β β β β The sound and picture quality was very good. The cinema was clean. Seats nice and comfortable and the other cinema goers were not rowdy. A really nice place to have an evening out or ... A date. Nice to have some good bonding time. Have already booked for Andre Rieu in December

β β β β β The only one cinema in Invercargill. Comfortable place, clean area, professional staff, informative and fun. Small cinema but it is good enough. Please always update the new movie. Yesterday was my first experience watched movie in Invercargill. Cool n awesome. Maybe Reading Cinema can offer some promo such as discount, student card or els ?

β β β β β this cinema is like 1990s and seriously need a major upgrade. We bought our tickets online for the fantastic beast 3 at 6 pm. First time to see so many ppl here in invercargill after 5 Pm and this is how this cinema starts malfunctioning. Only 2 staff service at least 50 families including kids. The computer for printing out online tickets still runs windows XP. It craps itself. The staff come out trying to fix it and it just wonβt work. People start to find the right room themselves as the movie started already. Everything is in chaos.

β β β β β We went to see Dune. Good movie but the seats were beginning to get uncomfortable towards the end. A good choice of nibbles but their drink machine had broken down before our visit so all we could get was water. Their till system could not handle the change in circumstances, so it was a jolly expensive cup of water

β β β β β Do not go with only 10 minutes to spare! Staff are lovely but they are slow! It takes forever to get through the que. I was waiting 20 minutes with only four couples in front of me... Having said that it's a clean and nice theatre and that's what you really want.
