You can’t get hold of a person the cotton on website doesn’t let you send an email!
You ring Toll and the answer service is automated… how do you get any help?
Quick to take your money but back up service is shocking …

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a good range of curve options, and also have a good range of sale items. The store is a lot bigger than it looks and staff are super friendly. I'll definitely be coming back for more items. One staff member I talked to was even willing to look up something for me to see if they had it in a different size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit to this store,plenty of range and space, great to have different zones for product mixes. Ambience,look and feel of the place was upbeat and good. They have a deal where for every $100 you spend you get a $10 voucher. Plenty of parking available in the Albany Mega Centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large clothing store selling men's and women's clothing plus a kid store is connected to the main store. Lots of clothing options including shoes, socks, and accessories. This store also has a Cotton On Body section inside which sells fitness clothing and pajamas and underwear.
Clean store with friendly employees and large changing rooms. Some deals around the store including buy one get one 1/2 price on graphic t-shirts and clothing basics 2 for $20.
Additional notes... no bathrooms in store. Can be hard to find parking.

What i noticed that the variety of apparel were diverse and the mens section compared to other stores had a huge range of clothing .
The store itself is not only large but spacious not that cramped.
Also ♿ accessible .
