β β β β β Clean professional environment with great customer service. She did a great job at doing my brows and a good tint color to match. To follow this I had a facial at a really good price and my skin feels great, I will be back.

β β β β β Asked for half head of foils and did not get this at all. Hair is yellow and spent 3 1/2 hours in salon before insisting on leaving without a cut and dry as it was obvious the stylist is not what she made out to be. Beautician washes hair and doesn't wash the products out. These people are totally incompetent and wouldn't even recommend them as pet groomers.

β β β β β The hairdresser ruined my hair my hair was uneven and I never got the cut that I asked for as I had asked for pixie cut with a triangle undercut and got a total mess. they also refused a refund and I ended up going to the barbers to get my hair fixed up. I would not recommend this place to anyone and tbh they don't even deserve 1 star

β β β β β Absolutely the worst. A 2 year old could have painted my nails better. And $25 for a file and paint??? Ludicrous.
Paint was streaky and all over my skin. I had to open the bottle for them because it was stuck.
Equipment was blunt and the files disgusting.

β β β β β The last thing you want to hear from somebody cutting your hair is how they prefer cutting long hair because it leaves more room for error. When I went to another hairdresser to have it fixed, they were shocked at the low quality of the cut and found a lot of sections that were significantly shorter then the rest and random chunks out of my hair. Iβve been told Iβm looking at 6 months minimum to get my hair to a state where I can grow it out again. Quite frankly Iβm shocked that itβs even possible to get a hair cut THAT bad.

β β β β β Firstly, I did get a full refund which is a relief as still need to have my hair colour corrected elsewhere.
First session was 3.5 hours, hair foils were done terribly. I advised I needed to have these fixed so I returned for a further 2.5 hours and walked away with my hair looking no different at all. Toner was used to try and correct the issue. After a total of 6 hours of wasted time I now need to go somewhere else and have my hair colour corrected.
Generally, I guess you get the experience you pay for. The prices are cheap in comparison to other salons. The capes were stained and I was given an instant coffee in a dirty looking chipped mug.
Overall I donβt feel like I was listened to. I needed to leave quickly eventually as I was already 45 minutes later than I was advised. I asked why the back of my hair wasnβt layered, as I had asked for it to be, and was told that was because my hair would sit better being heavier, apparently the issue with the foils colouring was just my view and that after a second attempt to correct I was told I could have it bleached again at my own risk. Apparently it was because of the βregrowthβ. I donβt know anyone whoβs hair grows 2cm instantly after getting their hair dyed.
Not once was it acknowledged that a mistake was made. It was made out to be entirely my own fault because of the colours I had chosen. (I repeatedly asked for advice with colours to match natural hair, as hair colouring is not my specialty!) I gave the hairdresser a chance to correct the colour, was again made to feel like it was all my own fault and after an unpleasant debate in the salon with the hairdresser I made arrangements with the owner for a full refund.
