β β β β β Extremely disappointing and embarrassed! Signed up to email on behalf of a family member few days before a birthday and actual birthday did not receive the free burger apparently their staff said I need an email come from Burger Fuel to show but I both showed the sign up and the id that birthday is on today! we will never dine in Burger fuel anymore felt extremely shamed so just left and will cancel your email alerts will go another Burger store instead in future if this is how u treat customers???
we only went there because if you register for vip emails before your birthday u can get a burger service we received for this was terrible shameful and embarrassing at the same time! bye bye to BurgerFuel

β β β β β Still good as I remember it....update: revisited 3 days later and one thing I will be critical of .. when charging $11 for a kids meal that's fine but to charge an extra $2.50 to swap the drink for a 750ml water

β β β β β I ordered a soy thickshake (I have a heavy dairy allergy) online but they made a normal thickshake. I was absolutely frustrated because my stomach & hay fever HAD A REALLY BAD TIME. Not only that... the soy version is $1 extra. I'm not too fazed if the staff burns my fries or forget to take out condiments I didn't want in my burger. Those are easy fixes I can tolerate. But a THICKSHAKE, you cannot. I'm put off from going back there again.

β β β β β Asked for the thunderbird and didn't get the buttermilk fried version! So disappointed. Staff didn't ask if I wanted grilled chicken or fried! Chicken was super chewy too! Such a shame!
Fried and aoli were good though and the thick shake was really good!!

β β β β β I went there and I ordered halal, but the person that was making the burger did not change the gloves while making the halal ones, that means they are not following the right instructions when they are cooking the halal food, I will let the community be aware of that

β β β β β Donβt think I will eat here again. First of all, my burger fries drink and my daughters chicken tenders and drink came up to $45. My fries were so burnt or it looked like it had been cooked again. While we are in a pandemic You would expect someone handling food would wear gloves. Nope, the cashier who was putting my burger together was making my burger with bare hands while the chef was wearing gloves. The cashier was touching the screen of the till and then went back and put my burger together, was very disappointed especially because COVID is going around. You need to need to enforce this on your staff because I donβt think they sanitise after using the till and before touching our food.

β β β β β If you want to go to a place with the best quality burgers in Auckland you go here. The staff are so professional and treat customers nicely. The food is exceptionally great. I could come here every week if I could afford it. I have been to the branches in manukau and Queens Street and never have I ever been disappointed. Delicious food and excellent service, equivalent to a 5 star restaurant.

β β β β β Went there for the 2 for 1 priced Burger promotion. The service was really great with a very pleasant smile from the young lady taking orders and subsequently serving them. She was seen serving every customer consistently with same pleasant smile.
Was really pleasing to see such great service especially at 5.30pm on Tuesday evening.
