★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just terrible service. After waiting 5 minutes at an empty counter I was approached and the man stood in front of me waiting for me to speak no 'hello' or 'can I help you find something'. Instead just awkward staring and made me really uncomfortable.
After being lead around the store and the guy not knowing where anything was I got over it and left.
I don't feel uncomfortable in retail stores as I manage one but today repco in onehunga changed that.
So disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unhappy with the service here from the front staff today. Rude, unwelcoming, condescending service. Dropping comments after asking me questions stating "well thats convenient" or "the price on the website is the price" with a rude tone is definitely going to put me off from purchasing $1000+ worth of tool boxes from you after your colleague stated on the phone he would give me a special price for display toolbox only to be told the above when i point out the scratches on the handle of the tool box drawers. Just because you are having a bad day and are short staffed by covid is no excuse to be rude to me or anyone else when we are not being rude to you in the first place. Repco please rid yourself of these employees, repco supa center has way better service. With out customers there is no business and no business theres no point of you lot being there. I got so mad i walked out while your rude staff member was getting me this toolbox. Never going back again and highly recommend people avoid this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not one to review but this was up there as far as bad customer sevice goes - what not to do. Called to enquire as to product availability, left on hold for over 15 mins and no end in sight so went in instead. Guy serving went to look for product and ddint come back and turns out he went for lunch lol left us hanging. 3rd stop was woman behind counter who was rude and unhelpful. Gets a 1 as we eventually left there with what we needed but that was the only positive...

Mr Manager its time for you to hit the shop floor...and teach your team customer service skills but more importantly some basic manners which they need urgently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with this branch. I placed a click & collect order and it was canceled without explanation after making me wait for 4 days, unsure what was happening to my order. They were completely unreachable by phone and the general customer service could only transfer my call to the branch and couldn't help me at all. The only reason I picked this branch was because it appeared they had everything I needed in stock. Complete waste of time. At least there was no hassle getting the refund.
This feedback is for this branch only. I've always had fairly good experience with other Repco branches. Orders were ready for pickup very quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful guys who helped me out with a few WOF points I needed to resolve. They went out of their way to take a look at the car and spent time out the back searching for the part and even assisted with some fitting. Great customer service.
