β β β β β I asked Roger to move a piano for us based on the reviews here. Prior to the booked time and date Roger was very responsive by text and very communicative. When Roger got to the location he felt it was not safe for him to proceed to move the piano given it was only 2 men to do the job, and there were steep stairs and a glass door involved. He rang me immediately to inform me and very kindly did not charge us for his time and travel. I have been very impressed by his professionalism and integrity. Make sure that you can give Roger full information on the state of access at both departure and arrival locations so he can be prepared!
