★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I brought a car from here, now there were a few problems with the car that required fixing. Communication was not the fastest at times, but eventually the issues were remedied. There was one person I dealt with I think her name was (Paris) who communication was next to none, and always tried to get the answers I needed when others weren't replying if it wasn't for her I feel my experience would have been a lot different, I think she needs a pay rise, because good customer service is hard to come by these days. Would I recommend buying off rides to go, yes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely shocking stuff. No one wants to sell cars. Been driving 30 minutes to get here and buy a car cash but no help. The sale person picks up her phone when you knock on the door. Yesterday I was told they need to speak to manager about cash sales. Waited for 10 minutes and no one came so we left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a proud and first owner of my Suzuki Swift 2010 that I purchased two months ago from Rides2go and they had really great customer service as well as that they met my needs.
They were all very nice and the lady that dealt with me and my car was extremely friendly and bubbly! Highly recommend this car dealer as they have amazing cars on display and give great customer service and will highly satisfy your needs. As well as that, you drive home with a full tank and a freshly clean car. Love this car dealer and who knows when I will be back to purchase my next car! I love my car, thank you so much Rides2go :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse Company ever. Misleading advertising. Promises on their website that they don't follow. Went to their shop and told them to take off that statement from their website. A company that I would not even tell a friend about. No problem solving skills. Bad customer service. I asked if I could see Fia and I got eye Rolls which I saw but didn't mention. A word of advertise to them if you are in a customer service role then deliver it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Id never go with them ever again. i got my car off them just 3years ago and had to scrap it the other day to many problems even tho i kept up with maintaining it all the time wasted heaps of money on it, and to top it off i just paid it off last year so pretty fukn guttered about that. over thos years i had the car paint or whatever started coming off what they tried to cover it was so bad. wish i had photos to show. all i can say is i feel there cars are over priced, and they take advantage of people who gave bad credit. just be careful what you buy, and wouldn't recommend going to these people. Weekly repayments are ridiculous.

Back in 2017, I purchased my Mitsubishi outlander from the ladies at Rides2go so fast, and prompt, easiest sign up I had ever done over the phone and pickup was a breeze. Then in 2021 my hubbys Holden decided it wanted to die? but we had brought that from another cardealers and so being the cool wife that I am for his 40th present I surprised him with a 2010 Subaru Legacy (Sedan) from the same place Rides2go and the same ladies Paris & Josalin. And as the days, weeks, months went by I knew my Mitsi was almost close to being paid off so again I rang the ladies about trading in my Mitsi and just like that I purchased myself a 2013 Ford Ranger 6 speed manual.
Now it was a tough week for the ladies Paris & especially Josalin. Especially trying to work through the crazy Covid pandemic in Auckland. But I tell you what Josalin went above & beyond... I never met someone so devoted to her job and her customers.. I highly recommend these guys...I had my Mitsi outlander for almost 4years and had really no major issues at all....my Subaru runs like a breeze and my Ford is the beast of my town...so if your looking for the right price the right people to look after your needs then hit my girls up! I can gaurantee you won't be disappointed.
