β β β β β There must be at least 20 bed suppliers on the North Shore. To all the "price buyers" out there, go for it! Buy the cheapest bed you can buy...you are only spending half your life on it...but that's OK..you have a 55 inch TV.. Sarcasm aside...Serious comfort sleepers need to go here first. Professional, friendly, no pressure sales experience you will share with everyone...I am! well done Brendon & Mike and thanks for raising the bar and giving the discerning buyer the Ultimate Buying Experience. 10/10 True Sales Professionals.

β β β β β When bed shopping these are the people to see, when we went in they asked questions to point us in the right direction regarding matteress type, different support systems, materials used, how they all work and what would work best for you depending on the type of sleeper you are. They didn't try and upsell you on a higher range matteress, worked out what was best for you and your budget. Really friendly and easy to deal with made the whole process a breeze right down to delivery and installation of the bed

β β β β β I will never recommend this shop to anyone, nor shop here again. I spent $1075 for a mattress with a 10 year guarantee, delivered. It lasted 3 months then I had to prop it up with foam. Sometime later I contacted Mike, they took it away to fix but when it came back it was no different. The rep has admitted on paper it was the wrong mattress for the customer. Mike suggested I swap this mattress and get some foam at my expense to place underneath, or they could offer me $630 to buy it back or a $750 credit for a different mattress but I'd still have to pay the $300 difference. He has not met his obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Yes Mike, you are right that I did not win the Disputes Tribunal hearing. At the hearing, after I had left the room you stayed behind with the referee, which is against the Disputes Tribunal rules and justice. I made a complaint regarding the referee which was left on my file for the referee to read before the second hearing day. Your suggustion that I buy some foam and prop up the mattress with it was ridiculous and unprofessional. In the end I purchased a Bambillo mattress which has given me no problems at all and certainly doesn't need any foam to support it. I am going to seek a rehearing and I am prepared to take this matter to the District Court as it's not about the money, it's the principle.

β β β β β Im unhappy with their customer service , I had a terrible experience.
I bought a bed frame and mattress, but unfortunately the bed frame didn't fit in my house. I kept the mattress, and felt it was fair to receive a refund as they never stated refunds were not acceptable. They absolutely refused and were very rude in the process. I had to buy a single mattress which I don't need to solve money difference.
Not happy, would not recommend.

β β β β β We've had such great experiences with Waitemata beds. Today our 2nd bed, from them, arrived. Having got a good deal, the guys brought it down, unpacked it, set the head board and bed up and took away the packaging and did it all with a smaile and great chat - we know why we came back for more. These guys know there is competition out there and go the extra mile with service. Bravo, keep up the good work team.
