โ โ โ โ โ I had a very bad experience with one of the staff members (who I will not name ) at Rodney Wayne Albany. She was rude and did not do her job properly.It is very expensive as compared to other salons. I paid a good amount of money for balyage for my daughter and the results were not up to expectations. Which should have been in the same amount paid as that was what was expected.She wants to do a second treatment and charge me the whole amount again to get those results which is not acceptable, which makes the whole balyage $700nzd. If we pay for the products, services and time of the staff, we also pay for the results which we want. Over all very dissapointed.

โ โ โ โ โ Always feel on top of my looks after my visit. Great staff I've had several different staff that's only because I can't book ahead. They are all top notch at there trade.
OK it's not cheep for a guys hair. That's my choice

โ โ โ โ โ Wont be going back. I paid $300 for a wonky haircut and patchy colour as well as damaged hair. I tried calling multiple times to have this resolved with no answer.

โ โ โ โ โ Slightly confusing on store relocation as good maps still showed the old address. Bit once found staff were nice and haircut was of great quality and professionalism.
Will be returning for my regular cuts.
