Located on the main st in Matamata with ample parking available if towns not too busy (it always is) Lots of seating inside and out. Adjoined bakery, same owner. Usual bakery food

β β β β β We grabbed a few things from here on our way through, and it was a mistake. The chips were awful - the ones on top were barely warm but the ones on the bottom were cold and soggy - really gross that you would serve food that has obviously been sitting out for hours. The pie was not hot either, no big deal, but the sausage roll was perplexing. We were told it was a standard (beef) sausage roll (no labels in the cabinets), but it was (very pink) pork and mashed potato? Bizarre. Will avoid this place in the future for sure.

β β β β β Thre is something for everyone here, you are spoilt for choice, sandwiches, quiche, pies, sausage rolls etc all day Breakfast and also different meals. Great service, pleasant staff and pricing is very competitive. Plenty of seating and wheelchair access available. Well worth a visit.
