★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a nice day this is a peaceful place to just sit and soak in the bird songs, the buzzing bees and enjoy the sight of many roses laid out in geometric beds with a nice mix of brick features. A good place to take some photos of the roses too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful garden even in mid-April! There were still quite a few blooms even though it's well after peak season.
Tip: the rose garden is in two parts, which you wouldn't know from the signs. Google Maps will direct you to the main part. To get to the other half, take the path going out the west gate. Follow it as it curves south behind the large pyramid-shaped building. The other half of the rose garden will be on your left, maybe a 2-minute walk from the first half.
There are several benches scattered around the rose garden, so bring a picnic if it's a nice day!
